Unique place, brand new apartment, furnished and arranged with much desire and taste. Extremely clean, 3 minutes from the beach, with wonderful sea views. The apartment has all the conveniences, the host is very kind and polite, providing us with an electronic guideline that describes in an accessible way everything that a tourist in Kavala may need. I highly recommend this place to rest and would come back again

The apartment is very modern , with new furniture, equipped with a lot of facilities. Everything was very clean. The hosts even offered us fruits on arrival. The beds were also very comfortable, The hosts were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Welcome fruits and juice. One morning the owner surprised us with breakfast. Gifts for kids on departure. The beach was close to apartment and it was good. We have a parking spot. Super market Lidl on 500m. The owner was very kind and helped us with everything. He sent us email with digital guide witch he made 🙂 to everything (beaches, restaurants, bars, attractions). And great sea view from balcony 🙂

What an excellent flat!! It was a brand new flat that has every opportunities inside. Very clean kitchen, that you have everything you need. The bedroom is superb clean and quite which was prepared very well. The aircondition makes you feel in winter and very powerful. The balcony is too big where you can have a sit and feel the breeze. Everything in the flat is brand new and very well selected. It is more than a flat, like a house. Makis is an georgeous person, he informs you everything about Kavala (beaches, restaurants, bakery, whatever you want) and helps you in every subject. I had never met an owner like him before as being a visitor five times whole in Greece. The flat is only 5 minutes to walk to Kalamitsa beach where you can relax and have lunch in Ostria restaurant. If you want you can go to other popular beaches by car in 15-20 minutes. It is not far from center, just maybe in the middle of Kavala, so when you arrived the flat, it is so quiet place without any sound or voice.I definetly recommend this place for couples, families and singles also.There is a market in 5 minutes walk on food. There are also taverns where you can walk 10-15 minutes if you do not want to drive. Makis, thank you by heart.!!
