Cozy apartment,very beautiful view,lovely terrace, all the amenities for a wonderful vacation! Very suitable for couples and families!There is also a parking space!Owners to be extremely caring and helpful! Thanks for the gifts and special care! We will definitely be back again!!

We felt like at home and were surprised to find out, with what a passion and attention the appartment is equipped and designed. We really didn’t miss anything! We use to travel a lot over the world, but the hospitality we received from the host was beyond any expectations. Keep handling like this, dear Prodromos!

The apartment is located just 3 min from the beach and is crystal clear!!! It is brand new, modernly decorated (as shown at the pictures) and fully equipped with the appliances needed for a comfortable stay for a family or couples. It also has a marvelous sea – city view from the large veranda. There are also two AC and the Internet is super-fast. But, the most important, the host (Prodromos) was very nice and helpful. He was waiting for us with the keys, he showed us the apartment and then he sent to our phones a digital guide he made for Kavala, which made our stay comfortable from the very first minute. The welcome basket full of fruits and the cold juice-water was a super nice gesture. Fully recommend this apartment and the host. So much fun…. I will come again for more days.

I booked Sea Breeze Boutique apartment for me and my family the last minute before our trip to Kavala, Greece. The host got in contact the day before our arrival to arrange our check in and key collection. We were driving and got to the apartment very easy just following the location on Google Maps. Makis welcomed us in the property and gave us a bit of information what is nearby and what beaches, restaurants were worth visiting. He even booked us a table for dinner in one of his favorite restaurants, where the food was typical greek and very delicious. The apartment is very close to the beach, literally 5 minutes walk. There is a parking space and the neighborhood is very quiet, which makes it the perfect place to relax. The apartment itself was very clean & comfortable. We loved the big terrace where we could sit, have a cup of coffee and enjoy the sea view. On our last day Makis said goodbye to us and gave us a little bag with souvenirs to remind us about Greece and the greek culture. We truly loved the place, wished we could stay longer. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kavala and the areas nearby.
