I intentionally allowed more time to pass to be as objective as possible. Prodromos was very welcoming and gave us all the necessary information (map, suggestions, opinions). I was really surprised how prepared he was. Even it was late in the evening, even we had special requests, he did everything to please us. I do not think it necessary to say how quiet is the area where the apartment is located, how clean and comfortable … is the apartment. Prodromos knows his business, first I give him 10 and then to the apartment. The first location that deserves 10! All the best from us Prodromos!

Very beautiful, spacious and cozy apartment exactly like the pictures. I really liked that the balcony – veranda had a sea view. It is situated on the 1st floor of the building just next to the private roofed parking spot, at which we parked our car. It has 2 bathrooms (very practical for more guests). It is a plus that the hot water comes from solar panels so there is plenty all day. The air-condition is powerful enough to cool the whole apartment instantly!!!(actually we turn it off at night because the place is cool enough even if outside had 32 Celsius). The neighborhood is very quiet and close to Kalamitsa beach (3 min on foot) and also close to shops, taverns and supermarkets, which is very convenient because u can go on foot. Finally, the host was super friendly and helped us with our questions and needs, providing us with the map on the region.

Wonderful place – clean and cozy with an art spirit. You can find useful things here or there in the whole apartment 🙂 Quiet and colourful place, suitable for children. The host was very kind and friendly. He had very warm attitude. We were with a little child and he was responding to all of our specific needs. Thank you, Pro! 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze Flat and I would highly recommend it! This property definitely exceeded our expectations! We rent 2 apartments (8 persons) and everybody was impressed! First of all, it is a lovely apartment, sparkling clean, very quiet and situated in an excellent location (only a 3 minutes walk to the beach and a nearby supermarket). It is really nice decorated and furnished, with all the facilities you would need and more (comfy bed, plenty of towels available, well equipped kitchen with supplies like salt, pepper, tea and coffee, “welcome snacks”, all the suppliers we will need in the bathroom, parking in front of the building, good wifi). The apartment has basically everything you need! The owners of the apartment are VERY friendly and nice! They responded immediately to all of our email messages before we arrived at the location. Then, the owner gave us the tour of the apartment and left us with a welcome memo that shared places to eat, great advices what to visit and other things we needed to know in organization of our tour. He is very perfectionist, looking over every single detail and helping with everything you need. Hospitality is on the house! Definitely we will recommend the apartment to everyone who wants to spend a great holiday in Kavala! To be honest, we couldn’t have asked for a better arrangement. We had a perfect holiday and I know that I will definitely come back again and stay more than 3 nights!
