Cozy (at Nea Peramos)

Very nice and awesome location, very clean and cozy apartment! Walking distance to wonderful places to see. Rooms were wonderful, service was great. Thank you very much Makis.See you next year

The apartment is large enough for 4 adults. We have had with us a baby too, and it was enough room for all. It is located very close to the beach, very close to some shops and tavernas, and very close to a bakery which will make your mornings even better. The facade (and the balcony) is oriented to a secondary street, but the main street of Nea Peramos is very close (about 20 m). The property is very cozy, very clean, and very “zen”. A truly home away from home. Speaking of home, the apartment has all the home appliances you need, starting with air conditioning, an ironing machine, a washing machine, etc, and even an espresso machine you may find in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the home appliances are new and impeccably clean. In the bedrooms, the beds are large and comfy, and the linens are quality. The bedroom’s windows have mosquito nets, and from each bedroom, you may exit on a terrace with chairs and a table, perfectly suited for a calm rest in the afternoon. The balcony is shaded by a retractable fabric pergola, so even at midday, you could stay here comfortably. A good point to be mentioned: as in almost all the houses in Greece, the hot water is coming from solar panels. Same here too, but in the system is incorporated an electric boiler, for not so sunny periods of the day. Just near the apartment, you may find by easy a parking place to leave your car if necessary. Last but not least, the house owner is very kind and friendly. Don’t forget to ask him for details related to the local tavernas, local attractions, etc. You will receive by this way very valuable hints regarding Nea Peramos, Kavala, and surroundings.

First of all, the apartment is just like the pictures, well equipped and most important for these days it was very very cleaned. We stayed a family of 4 and I can tell that it’s has more than enough space. There is a large double bed, a sofa , a TV and an air conditioner unit in each bedroom (it was very hot outside when we stayed, but our sleep inside was very comfortable). We really enjoyed the balcony with the view (most of the times we ate there) . One of the key points is its location. You only have to cross one road and you are in front of the sea, plus it’s only 2min walking from the village center. Next to it there is a super market open all day which is very convenient . We are very happy with our choice and we will come back for more days for sure.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung gewesen! Sehr schöne große Zimmer die sehr modern (genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) eingerichtet sind ! Der Gastgeber war mehr als freundlich ! Wir waren begeistert ! Ein wunderschöner Ort zum entspannten direkt am Strand! Wir haben vieles Unternehmen können auch ohne Auto da die Wohnung ziemlich zentral liegt ! Eins ist sicher WIR KOMMEN WIEDER….
